XPayr testnet access is open for evaluation. Mainnet activation for regulated or high-risk categories can require merchant review. Licensed iGaming, casino, poker, betting, tournament, and contest positioning applies to lawful/licensed operators only.

## Prohibited or review-sensitive context

- Unlicensed or unlawful gambling activity is not supported.
- Sanctioned activity, fraud, scams, phishing, and abusive payment flows are prohibited.
- Regulated or high-risk categories may need additional review before live payment processing.
