Mainnet review process

Testnet is open. Mainnet for high-risk industries is controlled.

XPayr lets teams evaluate payment flows on testnet for free. Regulated or high-risk sectors such as licensed iGaming, betting, poker, contests, trading, adult, and other sensitive categories require business review before mainnet activation.

Free testnet access

Any legitimate team can create an account and test payment sessions, dashboard tracking, checkout behavior, and webhook delivery without real funds.

Mainnet gate

Production activation for regulated or high-risk sectors is manually reviewed before live payment processing is enabled.

No fund custody

The review process does not change the XPayr model: payments remain non-custodial and route directly to the merchant wallet.

What we review

  • Business entity, authorized representative, and operating domain.
  • License, registration, or legal basis for the stated business activity.
  • Supported countries, restricted countries, and user eligibility controls.
  • AML, fraud prevention, responsible-use, and customer support procedures where applicable.
  • Wallet configuration, expected volume, transaction sizes, and webhook integration plan.

What is not accepted

  • Unlicensed or unlawful gambling and betting operations.
  • Sanctioned jurisdictions, sanctioned persons, or attempts to bypass restrictions.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, mixer-linked flows, or misleading merchant activity.
1

Test integration

Use testnet to validate checkout, payment status, webhook events, and dashboard reporting.

2

Submit review details

Share business, license, jurisdiction, domain, wallet, and risk-policy information.

3

Risk decision

XPayr evaluates whether the use case fits platform policy and mainnet risk controls.

4

Controlled activation

Approved merchants receive production access with appropriate monitoring and limits.

This process protects legitimate merchants and the XPayr network. XPayr is not a custodian and does not manage merchant funds, but we still maintain acceptable-use and compliance controls for regulated or high-risk activity.
