Extension Licence Terms

What you are buying when you unlock a paid feature in an XPayr browser extension, and what happens afterwards.

Last updated: June 27, 2026

1. What These Terms Cover

These Extension Licence Terms govern your purchase of a paid licence for a browser extension published by XPayr LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States ("XPayr", "we", "us").

This is a contract for the sale of software to you as its end user. It is a separate agreement from the XPayr Terms of Service, which govern the use of the XPayr payment infrastructure by merchants and API integrators. Buying an extension licence does not make you a user of that infrastructure, and the eligibility and geographic restrictions set out in the Terms of Service do not apply to this purchase.

If you are also a merchant using the XPayr platform, both agreements apply to you, each in its own context.

The XPayr Privacy Policy applies to this purchase and to the extension itself. Section 8 of that policy describes exactly what an extension stores on your device and what it sends to us.

2. The Licence You Receive

On payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the paid features of the extension for your own purposes, personal or commercial.

Perpetual: The licence does not expire and is not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.

Non-transferable: The licence is bound to the wallet address that paid for it, as described in Section 4. It cannot be sold, sublicensed or reassigned to a different wallet.

Devices: You may use the licence on any number of browsers and computers that you control.

What you may not do: Redistribute the extension as your own, remove or circumvent the licensing mechanism, or resell access to the paid features. The extension's source code, where published, remains subject to its own licence.

3. Price, Payment and Delivery

Price: The price shown on the purchase page at the moment of purchase is the price you pay. It is a single payment, stated in US dollars and charged in a US-dollar-pegged stablecoin.

Payment method: Payment is made from your own cryptocurrency wallet on a blockchain network you select. XPayr does not take custody of your funds at any point; the transfer is executed by a smart contract directly between your wallet and ours.

Network fees: Blockchain network fees (gas) are set by the network, not by us, and are paid by you in addition to the price. We do not receive them.

Delivery: Delivery is immediate and digital. As soon as your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, the licence is issued and the extension unlocks. There is nothing to download separately and no licence key is sent to you.

No invoice by default: If you require an invoice, contact [email protected] with the transaction hash.

4. Your Wallet Is Your Licence β€” Please Read

We do not ask for an email address, we do not create an account for you, and we do not issue a licence key. The wallet address that paid is the licence.

What this gives you: Nothing to remember, no password to lose, no account that can be closed. To restore your licence on a new computer, you install the extension and prove control of the same wallet.

What this costs you, and we want to be direct about it: if you permanently lose access to that wallet, you permanently lose the licence. We cannot restore it, because we have no other way of knowing that it is yours. There is no email address to send a reset to. Please buy from a wallet you expect to keep control of.

A wallet address is public information on the blockchain that recorded your payment. Using it as your licence does not reveal anything about you that the payment itself did not already make public.

If a wallet is compromised, contact us at [email protected]. We cannot move a licence to a different wallet as a matter of routine, but we will consider evidence of theft.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Consumers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

Digital content supplied immediately: Because the licence is delivered the moment your payment is confirmed, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. If you do not give that consent, the purchase does not proceed.

Our refund practice regardless of the above: If the extension does not work as described, tell us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] with your transaction hash and we will refund you in full. We would rather refund an unhappy buyer than argue about a statutory carve-out.

How a refund is made: Blockchain payments cannot be reversed. A refund is a new transfer from us back to the paying wallet, in the same asset, less the network fee of the refund transaction. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.

What is not refundable: Blockchain network fees you paid to the network, and losses arising from sending payment to an address other than the one shown on the purchase page.

Statutory rights: Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right you have under the law of your country of residence.

6. Updates, Availability and Discontinuation

Updates: Updates to the extension are included in the licence at no extra cost for as long as we publish them. We do not promise any particular update schedule.

Browser and site changes: Extensions run inside a browser and read pages published by third parties. If a browser vendor changes its extension platform, or a site the extension supports changes its markup, some features may stop working until we adapt. We will make reasonable efforts to do so.

If we discontinue an extension: We will say so publicly. Where the licensing check is what would stop the extension working, we will release an update that removes the check, so that a licence you paid for does not stop working because we stopped operating a server.

Availability of our licence service: The extension verifies your licence periodically. It is designed to keep working while offline and during any outage on our side, and to fail open rather than lock you out. Continuous availability of our servers is not guaranteed.

7. Warranty and Liability

What the extension is: A tool that displays information you have entered and information already present on the pages you visit. It is not financial, investment, legal or security advice.

Specific caution about address warnings: Where an extension warns you that an address resembles one you have labelled, that warning is a heuristic aid, not a guarantee. It cannot detect every impersonation attempt and may flag harmless coincidences. Always verify a full address before sending funds. We accept no liability for funds sent to an incorrect or malicious address.

Warranty: The extension is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Where you are a consumer, your statutory guarantees under local law are unaffected by this paragraph.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the extension and this licence is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost cryptocurrency.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing Law, Disputes and Contact

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Consumers: If you buy as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Complaints: Write to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 14 days. If you are an EEA consumer and we cannot resolve the matter, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

Changes to these terms: We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to your licence are the ones published on the day you bought it; later changes do not reduce rights you already have.

Seller of record: XPayr LLC, United States. Full registered details are shown on the Chrome Web Store listing for each extension and are available on request from [email protected].

These terms were last updated on the date shown at the top of this page.
